Hello! My name is Cristian Estrada and The reason I chose this clip because it shows never give up. A person can follow their dreams and not give up keep going. The inspirational part is saying never to be afraid and always make the best decisions for you. A lot of us have the potential and go out there and be someone and can make a change. A statement can be said but action is what makes the statement become more powerful and achieving is to believing.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnHW6o8WMas
Hi everyone! I am Noella and this was the video I chose!
I have always loved this video because everything in it, I find very true. It talks about having no excuses and working hard to achieve whatever it is you want in life. To me, it is extremely motivating because I tend to doubt myself a lot, but in the end, realize that hard work does really pay off. This video also refers to anything and everything, whether it is school related, that job you want, or even a sport that you want to do better in or perhaps achieve. Once in a while I tend to come back to this video because it really does keep me motivated. Overall, it is a fantastic and motivational video that I recommend people should check it out if they have not already.

  • Mary Narsi

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7BOi0H59tXY
Hi everyone! My name is Mary Narsi, and for this week I chose this video simply because it’s a daily reminder from Mr. Harvey that in order to be successful in life, it all starts from someone’s brain. Being successful is doable, but only if you have the correct mindset and perseverance to accomplish future goals. It may take a lot of work, countless hours, exhausting nights, but if anyone who aspires to change something in their life, they’ll first have a different outlook with a positive perspective. When someone stops learning, they’ll be left behind and the only way to move forward is to educate oneself. Leaving distractions such as social media behind, will not only help strengthen one’s mind but leave a motivated and changed view of the world to only accomplish the best in life. The takeaway is that, anyone could go as far as they wish to, as long as they put their mind to it, they can tackle any challenge.

  • Nathan Noguera

    https://youtu.be/n6sTlukHLiA

Hello, my name is Nathan Noguera. I chose this clip because it really points to a skill that I value and is ever so important, Self-Discipline. Will Smith
narrates this clip and point to self-discipline being an essential
component on the road to success. This is relevant whether it is work,
sports, academics, etc. You can name anything that takes work and
effort, self-discipline can apply to it in order to reach one’s goal(s.)
Smith continues and explains how this is a skill and that another way
to look at self-discipline is to see it as self-love. Everyday there are
decisions that I must make on my road to a certain goal and
self-discipline is at the center of every decision, whether that is good
or bad. It can be easy to fall victim to temptation or make a bad
decision, and I believe that this video did well in reminding myself
that I need to have self discipline in order to continue towards
    success.

  • Cynthia Garcia

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZm2fpECa8g
Hi! my name is Cynthia Garcia. I decided to chose the motivation clip because I heard this clip when it came out two days ago and it has been helping me these past days. Everyone makes a difference, even tho at times I feel like giving up I know I matter to someone and I make a difference in so many things. Not only that but “there is still room for improvement, there is still room for growth” I can stand by this. It will never be easy because if it was that easy then everyone would be able to do it, you just have to push through. Keep trying again and again until you WIN.

  • Bryonna Medeiros

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ry-uUEZBTkU
Hi everyone, my name is Bryonna Medeiros :) . The motivational clip I chose is one of my favorites. It always speaks to me and always will. This clip is about how people will come into your life not to love you as you may think but to use you instead. You should not let people use you and be okay with it. The clip also explains how not to be breaking your back for people who do not even have your back. You need to “Refuse To Be Used”!

  • Jose Salcido

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JtahB1-MNvk

HI my name is Jose Salcido. I chose my motivational video on Neil deGrasse Tysons because he inspires me to think creatively and beyond what’s possible. Being an astrophysicist and trying to understand the universe has more implications than figuring out what’s out there. It forces you to question the meaning of life and what’s important in life. You realize the absurdity of the life we live in. A species of conscious beings living on a rock that’s orbiting around a dying star floating in space. It is chaotic and can be mind-numbing but it’s important to realize that this is special. Everything around you is happening for reasons that you do not know, which makes it that much more important to be in the now and pursue what you’re truly passionate about and try to make a difference in your own way.

  • Kassandra Lupercio

    https://youtu.be/EpOMk1jOzgk

Hello, my name is Kassandra Lupercio and I selected a speech by Dr. Joe Dispenza. “Thoughts are not the truth.” I think this quote from the video is very powerful. If you feel thoughts lead to your destiny there wouldn’t be change in your life and you’ll be trapped. This helps a whole lot, because I think my thoughts sometimes have a lot of control over me and I am stuck in this mental program. Like, fear stops me from doing things I later wish I did. I don’t utilize positive self-talk enough and imagine an experience or path as being a more positive one than the bad memory I have of it. This video helped me think it’s okay to slow down and focus on more positive emotions and emptying my mind, so that the negative memories can exit, and then envision a better path I can follow.

  • Sumiti Kumar

Hello everyone my name is Sumiti Kumar! I chose this video because I have gone through many instances where I have lost confidence in myself. One of the most important things is to have confidence in your ability to accomplish and overcome tasks. Self confidence is a super power. Once you start to believe in yourself, magic starts happening. I’ve noticed that once you start to chase your dreams that’s when you truly start to live. It’s never too late to change your story! This video has really helped bring light to the fact that believing in your ability to overcome negative situations.

  • Janelle Arguelles

    https://youtu.be/w71aDaGAtHs

Hello! My name is Janelle Arguelles, I decided to choose this video because I think that it’s message of perseverance is important and can be applied to everyone. I related this video to my own life as I look back on my college career before I graduate next month. There were SO MANY times I felt like I was done. So many classes I didn’t go to because I was tired of being a student. I started working full time and took a class a semester for a year and eventually took a semester off. Finishing my bachelors degree was always a goal I wanted to meet, it was important to me and also to my family. All the time an energy I had put in to this would have been wasted had I not kept pushing through. Now, 6 years after I graduated from High School I will finally be a college graduate and my time as a student will be coming to an end, not because I’m giving up, but because I’m crossing there finish line.

  • Paloma Rodriguez

    https://youtu.be/4cNdTw62MDw

Hi my name is Paloma Rodriguez! I chose this motivational video because I relate to it a lot. I always have a lot of trouble sticking with stuff that I want to do, especially when it come to my own health. I always have the bad habit of taking breaks and eventually taking long to get back into it or just never getting back to it. It encouraged me to actually be more strict with myself because in the long run, this is something that will affect me greatly. I like the way the narrator was very stern and encouraging. Losing confidence in oneself is very common and it is important to make it a priority because it can greatly affect ones mental health! Mental health is one of the most important things to take care of.

She sold more than 20 million albums .Jenni calls herself unbreakable because she has been through many hardships as a Mexican American woman. Jenni is a true inspiration RIP.

  • Emely Guzman

    https://youtu.be/DvtxOzO6OAE
Hello, my name is Emely Guzman. I chose this video clip because it is a great motivational clip I go back to and watch time from time. This clip shows Will Smith as the dad in the movie talking his son down, convincing him he will not be successful at basketball. This leading the son to become discouraged and want to quit his dreams. The father then tells the son to not let anyone discourage him, including his own father. I really like this clip because it shows that even your own parents can be discouraging. But even still, one should not let that discourage them from chasing their dreams.

  • Kayla Barron

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_Vg4uyYwEk
Hello, my name is Kayla Barron. I chose this video clip because it is one of those movie scenes that really stays with you. This message is so important because life is going to knock us down so many times. The only way you are going to succeed is if you fight for what you want. You can’t blame anyone else because your life is based on the decisions that you make. I strongly believe that and remind myself of this every single day.

  • Aracely Rivera

    https://youtu.be/7XzxDIJKXlk

Hi guys! My name is Aracely Rivera. I chose this video because I think one thing I struggle with the most is finding motivation, almost giving up when things get hard. It’s hard not to lose motivation or to tell yourself to keep going because at times it feels like you will never “be good enough” or nothing is going your way no matter how hard you try and try and try. Up until the very last second, you see why not too give up. You see that the key goal is to actually keep trying because just when you think you won’t get it done, you will. Everything takes time and patience. Breathe, and don’t stress. Whatever is meant for you will be for you and whatever isn’t simply just isn’t. You have to remind yourself it will all be worth it and the position you want to be in is the position you will be in in the future if you just keep going. Never give up.

  • Alexis Munoz

    https://youtu.be/mP5BrSWRb8s
Hello everybody my name is Alexis ! I chose those video because I feel like having trust in one another is a great way to keep good connections with your peers. It could be from either building trust with friends, coworkers, team players, classmates and the list goes on. I believe that trust has a great impact on everyone. In this video this coach had a lot of trust between his players in the team and assistant coaches. He gave them the trust they wanted and loved from him. His players knew that if he told them they’re doing a great job or giving them more advice to better themselves they took it as a good things rather than bad because they knew he always had good intentions. I also chose this video because I am a coach as well and this could help me build trust with my team and help my team grow stronger as one.

  • Alexandro J.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QeiYLF-JaY0

This video is motivational because it points out a lot of things we can relate with. For instance, there is a part of the video talking about while others are out partying there’s always someone working. This is something that I hear from a lot of people. For example, I work weekends and don’t really party anymore, since I did that in my earlier years. I can confirm that there are times in which I wish I was out having fun instead of working, but for what is what I ask myself. I just know that nothing good is going to come out of it so working makes up for it, at least in my opinion. It is similar to when people talk about you, it is best to just mind your own and continue doing you.
